It is very important to start the planning and to get the key players on board as soon as possible. In reality it is never too soon to contact the relocation company.

All of our staff are trained to National Guild of Removers Standards. We have staff trained to carry out PAT testing at client premises (City Guilds 2377) and we also have staff trained to BS6396:2008. Training is ongoing at ROC, for example, Manual handling and Health and Safety

All ROC staff are vetted through the police 'Disclosure' system. Most have been further extensively security vetted to allow access to properties such as HM Customs & Excise, Inland Revenue, British Airways (Heathrow and Stansted Airports),The Natural History Museum and Buckingham Palace.

All of our personnel are equipped with photographic ID cards and wear full ROC uniform. Where required staff comply with BS8470, e.g., when carrying out confidential shredding services. We can guarantee that our staff will comply with all security procedures required.
