ROC takes archive management seriously. Increasingly we are gaining significant numbers of new clients because ROC offer an accessible, safe and responsive service that many larger companies have difficulty matching.
Our archive management service makes use of O'Neil Software, widely regarded as the most user-friendly and efficient available. All archive boxes / files are indexed with an individual bar code. This ensures every single item can not only be accurately documented but can also be tracked and retrieved at short notice.
Our clients enjoy access to the O'Neil Software which automates index creation, box retrieval and return via a web based portal.
ROC guarantees next day return of all boxes / files for orders received by 3:00pm.
In emergency situations ROC can also return archived boxes typically within 4 hours of receiving a request.

In accordance with compliance and legal exposure guidelines ROC is able to flag and manage the destruction of particular documents after a specific date. This is carried out at our UKSSA Approved confidential shredding facility at our dedicated depot in Rainham.
